Arman Ibraimovich Bissengaliyev in 1998, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National
University, Faculty of Geography, with a degree in Geoecology and Monitoring. From 1998 to
2001, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and holds the military
rank of Senior Lieutenant. He has been awarded government medals by the Minister of Defense
and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has over 20 years of professional experience working in the fields of environmental
protection, industrial ecology, environmental design, and occupational safety. He is an
expert in ISO standards (14001 and 18400) and ASTM.
Using GIS technologies, he developed an interactive map integrating hydrogeology,
groundwater monitoring, servitudes, communications, and industrial facilities.
He has extensive experience in international projects as an expert in sampling,
hydrogeology, and geomorphology, particularly in the construction of monitoring well
networks. One of these projects achieved an economic effect of 1 million USD.
His international experience includes projects in Canada, Italy, Germany, Australia,
Indonesia, Japan, and India. Within the irrigation project for arid regions of India, he was
awarded a medal and a certificate of appreciation by the Government of India for his
contribution to scientific development.
He holds five patents for inventions in the field of biochemical methods for cleaning soils
contaminated with petroleum products, as well as a method for blocking residual solutions
after uranium field development using PSV technology.
He is constantly improving his professional knowledge and skills in the fields of ecology,
environmental protection, and industrial safety.
